Lucy`s Place in Sedgwick

Oh my God this is a great little find and we even got to meet Lucy a really sweet old lady that started this 30 years ago. The food was excellent, the service was perfect, and don't forget to leave room for pie!!!

Kept nice, had the essentials, ice cold drinks, and good snacks!

Called in a pick up order and was semi busy , but they still cranked out my dinner quickly and had it ready to go 15 min later. Not sure what "grandma-cookin" means to you, but for me, it means DARN GOOD FOOD! CANT GO WRONG HERE!EVERYTHING'S GOOD!Plus, put on a smile, you may just get a free slice of cake😊🍰

Glad I decided to stop. Best grub I've had in awhile. Steak was outstanding. Most places right off the highway are pretty awful so it's always a risk, but this place is road side dining the way it should be, the way it used to be.

Awesome burger place! Easy and simple menu. Everything is made to order and tastes super fresh. Great staff. Would love to go back again and try something new.

Sedgwick is half way mark between me and my mom. We stopped there today to meet up and we were hungry.. we had a 5 person meal done in about 10 minutes. Small little cafe had a home feeling to it I miss having in Denve . Our food was fantastic and tastes great too.. would definitely recommend if your traveling on Interstate 76..

Food quality: 3 stars. Food was HOT, bacon was really good. Quick cheap, diner style place. Not bad.

Stopped here on a road trip across the united states. I've eaten hundreds of different burgers and Lucy's bison burgers are the best I've ever had. Reasonably priced, comfortable restaurant, and damn good milkshakes. 5 stars all day

Very nice staff food smacks Breakfast burritos are delicious, hamburgers and fries. Very good prices. Definitely a stopping place if coming off the interstate. Recommend

Fast and delicious! Couldn’t believe how quickly they got us in with a line out the door - could tell they were working their tails off! Food was fresh and came out fast. Quite possibly one of the best French Dip sandwiches I’ve ever eaten - super soft roll and the meat was so tender. Would definitely eat here again and again!

This was a gem of a find. Out of nowhere place that turned out to have great food and a wonderful staff. Can not recommend enough. Worth the detour to eat there.

A must see. I felt like I should be on Diners, Driv-ins and Dives. My cousin swore we were in a scene from the Hills Have Eyes.The personal touch.... "Major Brand" Unleaded or Diesel. Good to have a choice.

The food and service is much better than expected. I was a bit nervous to try it but I got the French dip and it was delicious. Soft and tender meat. In addition, the service was super friendly. I highly recommend if you need a place to eat while driving on the highway.

I absolutely loved this place! When you get off the highway, you can't see it well, you just see the abandoned gas station. Go a little further, it's there and open. Old school diners like this one are few and far between anymore. The food was all homemade and excellent. The pie reminded me of my grandmother's pie. It was so good. Lucy told us that it was her grandmother's recipe. The service was alse great. If you're passing through, I highly recommend this little place.

One of my favorite breakfast places. Try and stop every trip, I go past. The Chicken Fried Steak is fork cut tender and delicious.

Still nostalgic for a roadtrip stop I made with a past love here years ago. Wish I'd been brave enough and ate the Buffalo Testicle Sandwich. My advice; do not let opportunity or love pass you by.

Best cinnamon rolls the site of the rocky mountains the service is always great and I love that the coffee mugs are all different lol

Pulled off the road for some breakfast and I wasn't disappointed. The breakfast was made perfectly and the staff were super friendly. It's a small place but they have quick service and service with a smile.

Where else can you buy a bag of alligator feet! Didn't eat at the diner but the guy working the gas station was pretty cool. Gave me a deal on the feet!

Nice and friendly service. They were very apologetic when they were out of things. Some of our group loved the burgers. Other meals were decent. Some liked their cherry pie. Great hand cut fries! I'll definitely go there again if we are near.

It was our first time in the area and we needed a place to eat. I read the reviews and we decided to try it. The food was really good and the staff was super friendly. It's a tiny place but service was quick! Even the customers were really nice!! There were only tables for 2 that were open when we arrived, we had 3 in our group and a couple moved so we could sit down.
